UNIQUELY MADE Custom Coaching with Kim
Partnering with men and women who are seeking personal growth and new ways to make their lives healthier through clean eating, regular physical activity, and developing a personal/work/spiritual balance.
Kim Jamison is an accomplished health professional with many years of experience in medical environments working with health care providers. She has over 10 years of experience and training encompassing many disease states, diagnostics, and treatments as well as a “big picture” understanding of how living a healthy lifestyle dramatically impacts countless diseases. In her personal life, Kim has worked through numerous life challenges overcoming each and gaining new strength as she grew into the person she is today. In addition and unique to this experience is Kim’s journey to find her own personal balance in becoming fit over 40 while being a busy mom, wife, and working professional. Kim is recognized for her personal discipline and commitment to healthy living in order to live life to the fullest. Due to this broad history, she has developed a wealth of knowledge, understanding, and passion that now provides a bridge and focus in working for her own clients.
As a coach, Kim serves as a guide for each client on their personal journey as they uncover the path towards their own health and lifestyle improvements. This encompasses a whole life methodology that works with each person’s bio-individuality to maximize his or her best health potential. The branding of her practice, as Uniquely Made is the foundation of her belief that we are all beautifully, wonderfully and very uniquely made!
Kim’s multi-pronged Health and Life Coach training lends itself perfectly to this philosophy. This training includes ICF Life Coach, Clifton Strength Finder, and the overriding holistic approach taught by the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach program.
Kim earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in an interdisciplinary degree program including marketing, communications and psychology. Her own top five strengths as defined by the Clifton Strength Finder assessment are Input, Communication, Individualization, Strategic and Intellection, all of which allow for a perspective to respect and honor each person’s unique combination of strengths. She can then use this knowledge to work with her clients in developing a tailored lifestyle improvement plan.
When not working Kim enjoys gardening, photography, scuba diving, skiing, animals, anything outside, and, of course, precious time with family and friends. She also regularly seeks out opportunities to volunteer for wounded warrior and veteran’s programs as well as for homeless and women’s shelters. Kim is also an avid writer and has several books “just waiting to be written”.
