Healthy life coaching takes a holistic or “whole being” approach. Truly it takes balance to be healthy… balance of course in what you eat and what kind of physical activity you regularly practice.. but also balance in your work, personal, and spiritual self.. because if any of those component are “out of whack”.. none of the rest can flow properly.. I work with clients who are ready for a change.. ready to be whole person healthy and happy.. ready to grow, improve and reach for their goals.
Starting with a complementary health history session. We uncover where imbalances in your life are showing up. It could be eating choices, physical being or relational, work related, unmet dreams or combinations..
Then as we enter into our 6 month program together.. Using additional tools to further refine and define those areas uncovered in our first session.. we come up with concrete goals to work towards over our time together.
As we progress through our meetings.. we continue to address your goals, seeking best ways to reach them, working through new situations as they arise.. I truly become your sounding board for ideas, your accountability partner to keep you on track and your own personal mirror to reflect in.. in addition, I have a toolbox of information, handouts and ideas for you to try out and see what works for you.
Additional services can include a “healthy grocery tour”, a pantry makeover, and between session email support.
Clean eating & regular physical activity, also life/work/personal/spiritual balance are all part of the big picture when we work together. When those elements are balanced.. you become balanced.. Through the 6 month program we work to find the blend that is best for you!
