I will share some of the book titles that I found to be very inspiring and useful on my journey.. most are available on Amazon, some at half price books.. and some of them may already be on your bookshelf! Suggested recipe & nutrition lifestyle change books: Each person has to find “What works for them” and each person is encouraged to discuss changes in diet with their medical provider. That being said, of all of the 1000s of “diets” and methods of eating.. Paleo and the Mediterranean diet are very supportive of an easy to follow, healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, the Paleo method in particular is consistently helpful and supportive for those with chronic health conditions. Regardless of what method you choose..(Paleo, Mediterranean, Vegan/Vegitarian, Keto, Whole 30, The Plant Paradox etc..)  All follow an underlying “clean eating” basis.. which you can read more about in my blog “Clean Eating 101”
