Environmental Work Group – this organization offers free information on products helping you to determine if something you want to buy or are already using are considered “safe” . They also offer an annual list of the “dirty dozen” and “clean 15” . It is suggested that the produce you purchase shown on the dirty dozen be organic and that those listed on the clean 15 can be commercially raised.

Misc:
Nutrition Genome – This easy to do, at home, mouth swab test is a must for anyone wanting to learn more about their epigenetics.. most specifically their SNPs. The results take about 5 weeks to receive and then you will be provided a 50 page report containing a list of all your SNPs, suggested foods and lab work along with extensive guidance on how your unique SNPS are playing out in your body. This is a wonderful resource and tool to work with your integrative/functional/naturpathic doctor in achieving whole life balance.
